🛍️ Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns on non-custom products within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible, items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.

To start a return, contact us at our Instagram with your order number and details.


🎨 Custom & Personalised Items

Because custom and engraved items are made specially for you, these cannot be returned or exchanged, unless the item arrives damaged or faulty.


🔧 Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days so we can put it right.
We will repair, replace, or refund your item depending on the situation.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos of the item and packaging (if applicable)

We’ll take care of the rest.


🚚 Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong product.
For approved returns, we recommend using a tracked courier service as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.


💳 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.
